Dual Language Teacher
Dámaris Ramírez is a Spanish Dual Language teacher in Mineola, New York for over 3 years and has been in education for over 20 years. She earned her M.S. in TESOL and Bilingual Extension from St. John’s University, her M.S. in Administration and Supervision from Fordham University, and currently completed the Educational Technology Specialist program at Molloy College. She is always looking for opportunities to grow as an educator. After being introduced to the Growth Mindset concept and ideas, she has made a conscious effort to integrate the language and various activities for her elementary students in order to promote the practice of it.
